Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site I receive your name, phone number, email address, event date, the number of people, your suburb, the service you are interested in, how you found me and your message.

If we go ahead, I also keep what a booking needs: the address where you are getting ready, the times, your quote and payments, and anything you tell me about your skin, hair or allergies so I can look after you properly. If you message me by email, text, WhatsApp or Instagram, I have those messages too.

Only to reply to you, quote, book and run your appointment, and to contact you about it. That includes getting to you on the day and remembering what worked at your trial.

I never sell your information and I do not add you to a mailing list.

I am a sole trader, so it is just me. A few services carry information for me along the way:

• The enquiry form is sent through Supabase and Resend, and arrives in my Gmail inbox.
• Deposits are paid through a Square payment link.
• This website is hosted by Vercel.

Each of these looks after data under its own privacy policy.

This site uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Facebook and Instagram that someone visited, so my ads reach people who are likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies to do this. You can manage it in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and the host keeps standard visit logs. None of this tells me who you are.

I often photograph my work and may share it in my portfolio and on social media. If you would rather I did not, just say so at any time. More in my terms.

I keep your details only as long as I need them for your booking and my business records, in password-protected accounts. When I no longer need them, I delete them.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email or message me using the details below and I will sort it out.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, please tell me first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
